What Is Marketers’ Biggest Challenge When It Comes to Social Networks?

    This article points out something that I heard over and over again at SXSWi. That marketers still don’t understand that you can’t just be present in the social networking realm… you have to be a PART of it.

    That’s why I think it’s so important for us (planners and AA|RF overall) to be active participants in social networking; so we can understand how it works and what it means. Until we actively engage in these forms of communication, we can’t very well turn around and make recommendations to our clients or even speak intelligently about it.

    Great conversation to be having.
